Just 5-6 hours end to end, Anvil's process is designed to be efficient and transparent to all candidates.

    Submit an Application

    We review all submitted applications twice a week.

  2. 2/

    Intro Call — 30 minutes

    A relaxed conversation with someone from Anvil. Bring some questions!

  3. 3/

    Career Interview - 60 minutes

    Chat directly with senior leadership and introduce your recent work.

  4. 4/

    Takehome Project - 2 hours of effort on your own schedule

    A short practical real world demo built with your favorite AI tools.

  5. 5/

    Technical Interview — 90 minutes

    Meet your future teammates over a collaborative discussion around the demo project you completed and dig into real-world problems we face at Anvil Robotics.

  6. 6/

    Final call with offer discussion — 30 minutes

    Chat with the founders about short and long term company direction. We'll bring and offer package to this discussion as well.
